These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of muuic.com ("muuic", "the Service"), operated by Alexiuz AS, Gamlegrensa 8A, 3747 Skien, Norway. By using muuic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using muuic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all music, samples, and projects you create on muuic ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• You must have the right to upload any audio samples you use.
• You must not upload copyrighted material without authorization.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content.

4. AI-Generated Content

muuic offers AI-powered music generation features. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated music and effects are provided as creative suggestions.
• You may use AI-generated content in your projects freely.
• We do not guarantee the originality or copyright status of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse the AI generation features or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

6. Real-Time Collaboration

When using collaboration features, you agree to:

• Only share projects with authorized collaborators
• Respect other collaborators' contributions
• Not use collaboration features to harass or disrupt other users

7. Subscription and Payments

muuic may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features.

9. Intellectual Property

The muuic platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Alexiuz AS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexiuz AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but you may export your data before account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skien, Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
